REED MALCOLM, m.a.
Life Coaching assists clients in identifying core strengths and values so as to enable them to move forward in their lives. It can be either a short or long-term vehicle for addressing obstacles and achieving goals, whether personal and professional. Similar to solution-focused or positive therapy, the co-active coaching model recognizes the individual as naturally creative, resourceful, whole, and capable of finding the answers to whatever challenges they might face.
Sessions are typically once to twice weekly, lasting around 30 minutes, and occur over phone or Skype.
